Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Golden Crown Press ("we," "us," or "our") operates goldencrownpress.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
The only personal information we collect directly through the Site is the email address you provide if you choose to sign up for our mailing list. We do not require any other personal information to browse the Site.
How We Use Your Information
- To send you updates about new book releases, cover reveals, and occasional promotions from Golden Crown Press.
- To manage our mailing list, including honoring unsubscribe requests.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-Party Email Service
We use a third-party email service provider (currently Kit) to manage our mailing list and send newsletters. When you sign up, your email address is stored on that provider's platform under their own privacy and security practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policy as well.
Cookies and Analytics
The Site itself does not set its own tracking cookies. Our email signup form and hosting provider may use minimal technical cookies necessary for the form or site to function, and our mailing list provider may use its own analytics to measure open and click rates on emails we send.
Links to Other Sites
The Site links to third-party retailers, including Amazon, where our books are sold. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites, and we encourage you to review their policies directly.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. You may also contact us directly to request that your email address be removed.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
